Those look well executed. Doesn't seem like there would be any measurable obstruction of your view from the drivers seat. I'm still interested in comparing the cargo space of the Cruiser with your JL.

I was concerned that the bags would create a blind spot but they do not. Even with no bags installed, you’re looking out of the rear window forward of the roll bar anyway.

White Knuckle Off Road Products.

From the immaculate packing and shipping to the powder coat to the over-engineered EVERYTHING, these new rock sliders for the Jeep JLUR from White Knuckle far surpass anything else I’ve seen on the market. • Serious BEEF for serious use and Made in USA.

Burly gussets, step plates are modular and can be removed in case you want to attach a strap there in a recovery situation. Very well thought out and no drilling required. They come in two versions, 90 degrees or 45 degrees (angled up). I chose the 90 degree option as they now double as a step, and I'm hoping they'll also help mitigate the mud and debris that the JL likes to slather the doors and rear fenders with.

Can’t wait to see what they look like installed.

Dave how are you liking the Engel? I’m looking at the Combi version of the 45 that allows a dual zone but has been out of stock for quite some time. Is the fridge touching the back of the seat when closed? How close to the rear door is it when closed?

Love it. It’s tight though, the Engel MT45 is the only fridge that works with my setup in the JL AFAIK

Yeah I spoke with Goose Gear today and this is their recommendation as well. Wish there are other better priced options out there :)

There's also an Engel 35. It's the same footprint as the 45, but shorter. I went that route for the back of the FJ62. It holds a little less, but is easier to open and get into. You just have to remember to cycle the next day's beer into the fridge to cool before you pull out in the morning.

It was a long, cold winter here but I kept turning wrenches anyway - the Gray Goat is ready to roll!

The White Knuckle sliders are a nice, useful addition. The Rok Blokz mudflaps are easily and quickly removable if trail conditions warrant, and provide great coverage for the other 98% of the time. The rocker panel protection is by Bushwacker, we’ll see if it holds up.

On board air? Check.

ARB dual compressor mounted under the passenger seat with Innovative JK Products mount. Coil hose lives under the seat as well and reaches all 4 tires with ease. Compressor wired to use OEM Aux switch #4. Clean install and keeps the compressor high and dry in a previously unused space.
