Colorado River camping question

Does anyone know of BLM or other Gov. land (Unimproved/not a campground) places one can camp on the Colorado River?
 
I know there is a ton of land on the Arizona side North and South of Havasu. Both sides of the river north from Blythe to Parker is mostly Indian Land, so you would have to check with the tribe. http://www.crit-nsn.gov/. Also, most of the land on the California side from Parker Damn to the 10 is also Indian Land http://www.chemehuevi.net/. It's also well over 100 degrees there now
