Sally & I stayed home for our Anniversary Supper, grill 1 1\4lb T Bone Steaks made up some cowboy beans, pan fried potatoes, & green salad.
Season these T Bones with my Santa Maria Style BBQ Rub, followed by my Six Shooter Southwest BBQ Rub grilled over charcoal & mesquite chunks to a medium rare. Some fine eat'n.
