    2019 Appalachian Rendezvous: Official Thread

So the wife asked me the question that kills most of my pipe dreams of how I think things will be and how the reality of things are, "Is there a bathroom and can I take a shower?" Which spurred me into an hour going down the rabbit hole of researching the hell out of the location. Im proud to...

New to the event. Is camping available at the event location, or should I make reservations at one of the camp grounds in the forest?

    2020 Toyota Tacoma

I don't suggest I represent anyone but myself. When it came down to me choosing my next new vehicle I had a Toyota Tacoma as one of the finalists among the other trucks I was considering, the lack of comparable mechanical features knocked them out of the running. So ultimately I guess my reply...

    2020 Toyota Tacoma

"Evolution not revolution" so how long ago were front electronic lockers introduced? Late 1990's, early 2000's. Or disconnecting sway bars, those were about 2003 that we saw Jeep introduce it to the market right? Heck, Toyota HAS the Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDDS) that automatically...

    2020 Toyota Tacoma

I have to say I was looking forward to the reveal at the autoshow, especially with all the hype and Toyota being about due for a refresh. I hoped that the Tacoma TRD Pro was going to maybe come with some other engine options, maybe a front locker, or even a complete refresh to the style. But...

    Colorado Overweight?

(Raises hand) ZR2 diesel owner here folks! So the official reasons for the lighter towing and capacity on the ZR2 is the lack of the air dam helping to cool the truck at lower speeds and the DSSV shocks/spring configuration. HOWEVER! That being said, the rear and front axel housings, shafts...

So you thought the Chevy ZR2 was awesome...

I might have to rethink my choice of mounts then considering the arguments you present. I deal with rope and line for my job and sure as hell don't want to deal with a tangled up spool. Are there any that have a guide with a gear to spool it properly?

Forget anything else.... Ford Ranger Raptor

Glad to see some competition to drive the midsize truck market and its offerings to better heights. Only thing I don't like is that you have to go through the front tire wheel well in order to change the oil on the new ranger. :(
