Venison Barbacoa Burrito's for supper

decided to pull out the Seth McGinn's Cancooker & make some venison barbacoa burrito from venison leg steaks. Made the red sauce & avocado cilantro green chili sauce too. The key to this cooker is having enough liquid to complete the cooking time frame which I used beef broth, onion, chipotle peppers & adobo, apple cider vingear, garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, lime juice, my mexican seasoning & little beer from the tap. It took an hour 50 minutes in the Cancooker
