The Everyman Van

Entire interior is done and headed to powdercoat tomorrow. Satin black all around
Cabinet guy comes friday to take measurements to start making my 5 interior sets.
This van will be a bamboo veneer, not sure about the others yet. He can CNC everything out, and all 5 interior sets are with a 1/16 of each other, so easy to pump out a kit once someone figures out the color they want!

Four full interior sets ready to go!
Two will be going in vans i will be building in May. The other two are for sale.

That's what I call production work. :) Can't wait to see how this all turns out. Giving me many ideas.

Kinda surprised you did not go with something like a hammered finish. The gloss seems like it would be slick and show scratches quickly?

So, one more upper cabinet to install, And waiting on some updated drawer and face boxes. wasnt happy with the edge reveal, so getting them recut at my expense, but i care more than to just let it go.

Once i put that last upper cabinet in, throw the bed in and finish up some small things and it is ready togo. Still waiting on B pillars :/

Pretty damn close to being done. New cabinet faces will be ready thursday now. so time to get the punch list done!
I have to:
Ground Ctek for AGM profile
Adhere zip tie squares to roof for wire retention
Install B pillars when they arrive
Install E brake lowering bracket
Connect 12v to galley
Install 12v plug for fride
Fabricate backsplash trim piece (and powdercoat)
Install Cabinet Doors and Drawers
Drop in the bed
I would also like to make a small storage box/step to help get in the bed, as my wife is 5'nothing, so it would help her and others.

Past that, by the weekend, should be done. B pillars are holding me up, they sent the wrong ones the first time.
I decided to install a MULE bag on the passenger side, and kinda like it
